FAQ – Psychological Counselling for Adults, Teenagers and Children
The first session focuses on understanding your current situation, emotional or behavioural difficulties, and what you want to work on. We discuss what brings you here, what you have tried so far, and what you need right now. It is a clear, structured and pressure-free conversation.
For children, the first meeting is held with parents only, to understand the full context.
Each session lasts 50 minutes. I offer counselling online and in person.
