I have been working in psychology for more than 17 years, specialising in intense emotions, challenging behaviours and relational patterns that tend to repeat even when people genuinely want to change. My experience includes working with adults, adolescents and children, as well as parent counselling and support in complex environments: top international schools, multicultural settings, and demanding contexts such as correctional facilities and residential care centres.
My approach is warm and direct. I work in a structured way, focused on clarity and real progress, adjusting the pace to each person. I offer a safe space where emotional intensity is understood rather than reduced or minimised. My work is grounded in evidence-based methods, mainly cognitive-behavioural techniques (CBT) and dialectical-behavioural techniques (DBT) . To complement these, I have begun training in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), which brings additional depth to working with difficult emotions and inner experiences.
I lived and worked in Paris for nine years, in international and multicultural environments. I have seen — and personally experienced — how complex adaptation, relocation, identity transitions and major life changes can be. This background helps me understand the challenges faced by expats and families navigating new cultures and significant transitions.
I am deeply interested in the fine mechanisms of emotional functioning: what triggers strong reactions, how patterns form, why they persist and how they can change at a pace that feels realistic. I often work with people who have not found the right support before, who have had mixed experiences with counselling, or who are looking for an authentic, stable working relationship without unnecessary formalism.
Clarity is at the centre of my work: understanding what is truly happening internally, recognising emotional needs, automatic reactions and relational blocks. This is where change begins — realistic, tailored and step by step.

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Romanian College of Psychologists (personal registration number 26635).
